This is the T&Cs on their Alton Towers offer, but I bet, it is for all their offers:
Offer valid only to Sun+ members past their £1 trial period. Members currently in a trial can apply for tickets, but they will only be sent out after successful completion of the trial period.
Tickets will be dispatched by post within 28 days of receipt of successful application.

So as far as I am aware they are in breach if they do not send out my £20 Morrison voucher, as I successfully completed my £1 trial !

However, this was the terms of my offer:
YOU could be in for an unexpected shopping spree as we’re giving all new Sun+ members a FREE £20 Morrisons voucher when they sign up for a one month £1 trial.
An extra twenty pounds in your pocket could go a long way when you're doing the weekly shop.

There is no minimum spend on the voucher, meaning you can use it however you want.

So they are in breach already, I applied in January!

So as far as I am aware they are in breach if they do not send out my £20 Morrison voucher, as I successfully completed my £1 trial !

I also did a £1 trial specifically to get a £20 Morrison voucher that never arrived. When I contacted them through the LiveChat I was told I used the wrong link ! Yeah right, you mean the one on the Sun website that said "Click Here To Claim Your Voucher" It will cost £1 and we will send you your free £20 Morrisons voucher is the wrong link !!! So basically fobbed off.

I'm still waiting on my £10 tesco voucher - should have arrived a month ago and never. Then it should have arrived at the beginning of the week and it hasn't. I suuppose I'll have to get on to them on Monday. I'm not cancelling as I have had a few free gifts and seen a few films with friends so far which makes it a great deal for the monthly price pa*d. I'd just like my voucher as promised

I agree with you, its worth it for the competitions and films, but most of the free 'gifts' went straight in the bin.

I don't bother with all these vouchers and stuff like that. I guess with the thousands of people who have applied, they are woefully underprepared to deal with them in the times stated.

I just keep tweeting Sun's Customer Service with messages of where are my vouchers? Has the Sun been scamming us all? So far no great reaction other than bland replies saying nothing!
I think an email to the editor may be next . . .
