Edinburgh wasn't very busy and a lot of the regular faces missing. Perhaps because 15 codes per film are needed now instead of one code for a free month of perks.
As for the film it started okay but jumped back and forth too much. I expected the boyfriend would turn out to look nothing like her dead husband and it all to be in her imagination. How did Tom's ex wife recognised her from the painting at the exhibition - as far as I could see the woman in the pool bore no resemblance at all to her. 5/10

I thought they are the same actor, playing both parts!stuartboy wrote:How did they find another actor who looked like Ed Harris to play the part of Tom, the boyfriend? What a coincidence for husband and boyfriend to look so alike, and also both the actors playing them tone so similar too!
Poor Robin. RIP.
That niggled me too!biggins wrote: How did Tom's ex wife recognised her from the painting at the exhibition - as far as I could see the woman in the pool bore no resemblance at all to her. 5/10

Re: The Face Of Love
Absolutely awful! I couldn't wait for it to end. Most people had the sense to avoid, less than 20 people attending the Croydon Vue screening.
The only reason I can think this got any form of release was down to the fact, the late Robbin Williams briefly appears.
