came back from the Islington viewing, the room was pretty empty!
did not really like it, very flat and predictable storyline; would give a 6 out of 10

I just loved every single scenes featuring Jeff Goldblum :)

Shephers Bush was about half full film predicatable, with not a lot of anything happening. Jason Bateman and the kid were good, Jeff Goldblum ws excellent, shame we don't get to see him on film much. As for Aniston, yuk bland bland bland and Juliette Lewis tiresome, thank goodness she wasn't in it much. 6/10
preferred locations Shepherds Bush, Westfield, Notting Hill, Central London, Wimbledon, Islington, Wandsworth thanks

Just seen this in Croydon.
It was very predictable and quite boring. There were a few funny moments but when I saw the trailer, it showed those moments already.
Jennifer always plays the same characters and they could have done more with the plot.

Saw this in 40% full Edinburgh this morning. Surprising thought there would be more folks there.

As others say predictable and a bit slow. Preferred Jennifer in this to Marley and Me. Loved Jeff Goldblum Know lots of folks who are keen to see this and dont really want to put a damper on this but struggled with a 6/10

I'm not that intellectual and I don't ask for much in a film so 9/10 from me for sufficient laughs, giggles, awwwws and for jason bateman being a bit of alright! o/

5/10 from bf - mostly because he's been cranky all day and didn't wanna get up early this morning! :wall:

(1/10 from me for bf being a huge pain in the butt all day  Needless to say he isn't getting lucky tonight  ).

An okay film. Wasn't as funny as I'd hoped. Jennifer Aniston is nothing special in it and is it just me or is she getting the old woman veiny hands before her time. Damn. I love Jason Bateman but again, he can be a lot funnier than he was in this. That said, he suited the role well. Jeff Goldblum has such great delivery. The kid was quite good, too. It was decent entertainment, but no more and instantly forgettable. I'd say 6/10 is about right for it.
102 Different free films seen in 2010 plus 2 repeat viewings and a few tv show screenings... not too shabby. Thanks to everyone for their contributions here.

funny I noticed Aniston's hands as well! I think they look 10 good years older than she is!

....they say your hands always give away your true age!!

I saw this film this morning too at Watford it was pretty full, Jeff Goldblum was great and kid was good and although there were some laugh out loud moments it dragged a bit inbetween.
Preferred Cinema's now Paignton or Exeter!

I notice no-one from Sheffield has commented. I think that Vue in Sheffield and Sky seem to be a bad combination as far as preview films are concerned. When I was supposed to see She's Out of Your League they hadn't been sent the film and this morning the middle half of The Switch was upside down AND back to front. They did offer us a free film after the showing or a complimentary ticket to come back at a later date. The screening was also half full.

As for the film itself it was exactly as I expected it to be - nice predictable rom-com for a Sunday morning which suited me just fine. I agree that Jeff Goldblum was great and had a little smile to myself looking at Jennifer Aniston and Juliette Lewis showing their age!!
