The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel

Re: The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel
Saw this at CineworldEdinburgh, and despite the great cast and the stunning cinematography, it seemed very disposable. There was very little time to connect to many of the characters, as you would've liked, and it seems to appeal more to the likes of the older generation.

Re: The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel
I enjoyed this film, and the laugh out loud moments. I thought Celia Imrie was excellent, as was Maggie Smith.
The Security were out in force at Milton Keynes Xscape and we had the Warning on the Screen too.
For the first time ever at a screening, well one I have been to, we had adverts for other films...which made the screening 20 minutes late starting. Have to admit that seeing the trailers for upcoming films was great.
I would give the film 8/10.

I saw this screening on Sunday at Greenwich - yep security were out with their fingers too! :)
Overall I did enjoy the film and found it amusing but think at 2 hours long, it was maybe just a bit long.
I enjoyed the colours, likeable charming characters. Hey, and if all fails at least I know which hotel to visit in my twilight years! lol

I watched this on Sunday and really enjoyed it.
Watching the call centre bits was good as I could relate it to real life as they are reading it off a screen.

Free book: The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel
Pick up your free copy of The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel from Morrisons, Easons or a participating independent retailer.
To celebrate the upcoming cinema release of The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, we have teamed up with Twentieth Century Fox to offer readers a free copy of the original novel this weekend.
For a disparate group of English pensioners, retirement takes an unconventional turn when they abandon their homeland, enticed by advertisements for The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, a seemingly luxurious sanctuary for “the elderly and beautiful” in Jaipur, India. On arrival, they discover that the hotel falls somewhat short of the romantic idyll, but they are gradually won over by the ever-optimistic young manager, and tentatively embark on a new adventure, finding that life can begin again when you let go of the past.
The film, due for release on February 24, is directed by John Madden (Shakespeare in Love) and stars Judi Dench, Maggie Smith, Tom Wilkinson, Bill Nighy, Dev Patel and Celia Imrie.
How to claim:
Take the voucher printed in The Telegraph on Sunday, February 19 to your nearest participating Morrisons supermarket, Easons store in Ireland or a participating independent retailer. Click here for details.

Your best bet is probably Southwark.

Interestingly they are not including Queensbury as a London location even though it has a Morrisons.
