Sometimes emails get stuck in the system and it can be sometime before they show up. I've known some to be delayed by several months.

Make sure the email address is on the safe senders list, a few weeks back a few people were saying that the emails had started going into junk mail in gmail and those of us on hotmail missed a couple of alerts. All fine now though.

I've not been getting free film alerts for a few weeks. I've unsubscribed and resubscribed, but that hasn't worked.

I still get alerts from other threads. Any ideas?

click on the 'mark all forums' read at the top right of the main board?
I think sometimes it's when chat has been posted on FF and then been deleted then it's difficult to make it think you have visited the section when the post that generated the alert has gone.

I also have not been getting free film alerts for about 10 days. I've also unsubscribed and resubscribed, but that hasn't worked particularly well. I never got this mornings alert.....What To Expect When You're Expecting - Mon 21st May -SFF but ok cos no Glasgow on list.

I've unsubscribed and then resubscribed...

Heres hoping it sorted........any ideas anyone I've tried adding to contacts etc.

the same is happening to me.
I was getting alerts when i first signed up to this forum but now I'm not getting anything. I've tried unsubscribing and subscribing but that hasn't worked :(
Hope someone comes up with a solution to this
