You can't actually change the name, you either have to email changeofname@showfilmfirst.com or cancel and quickly rebook in the new name.Kaybeelon wrote:Stupid question, but I have a complete blank.
Can someone please remind me how to change the name on an SFF ticket!
THANK YOU!

Re: The Diary Room
I was led to believe that this service no longer exists and you can't officially change a name?

If that was still possible and I did send an email how can I make sure they know which screening the change of name is meant for?Rainey wrote:You can't actually change the name, you either have to email changeofname@showfilmfirst.com or cancel and quickly rebook in the new name.Kaybeelon wrote:Stupid question, but I have a complete blank.

I don't think I've ever seen anyone look at the ticket at all other than a glance to make sure it's for the right film.

Re: The Diary Room
Yeah theatres are quite strict on those kinds of things. I remember a few people had trouble with Wimslow boy recently, but I think for a normal screening it shouldn't pose too much of a problemRainey wrote:A lot of theatre's check.
