Thanks funthing but you know what, I think everyone can do it! I thought very much like you over a year ago ( and 40kg heavier! ). Even running 5km was beyond my wildest imagination! But its turned out to be a fantastic goal by which to use as a weightloss goal. I've been really impressed with your posts about marathon training and your stamina is amazing! Don't think I could run that much let alone do it so often!Keep up the good work!
If anyone here decides to do a running (or even walking event) for charity, I will gladly sponsor you and I'm sure other wuld too. Alsinging did a Walk for Life event last year and we sponsored her. She ended up not just walking it but even running it and all part of a weight loss goal. I too had a half marathon event and many here sponsored me. It's such a thrill, and let me tell you, a massive drive aand motivation to losing weight and completeing the event with fastest time I could possibly achieve.
