ta! am on it,... and YEY got it. Welcome back to BBC iplayer. o/ Its higher spec than my last budget laptop that was stolen, yet £50 cheaper, so we make that much back as well from my insurance cover. Double..... bubble.

you are the bees, Celini, cheers.

On tablets -I have to agree, if you are on a budget then its way to early to go over to android tablets when they only have half the power of a laptop, and totally crummy intercompatibility too. I'm happy to wait a few years to get a decent tablet repalcement for my laptop, or even pick up a 2nd hand one with my spare £50 (which is what these overblown phones SHOULD cost whilst they are in their infancy). At least if its 2nd hand you know its got a durable screen.
fav 5 films of the year - Tenet, Bill n Ted 3, Invisible Man, JoJo Rabbit, ?

Decision finally made, I'm getting the Samsung Galaxy S11. NOw all I have to decide is what sort of plan to get and whether to get the phone sim free, go PAYG or stay p*y monthly. Oh and what apps to get. I mostly will be using it for texts and web surfing, not so much for calls vx

What I forgot to say, is, anyone know any good tariffs around? I don't really call much so surfing and texts are most important

Virgin on p*y as you go give you unlimited text and 1Gb of web if you top up £15 a month plus if you get a new sim and top up £15 then you get it for two months. as they work by what you top up in this month will be the allocated service for next. £10 gets you texts only.

Vodaphone p*y and go give you text's and web for £10 a month or texts for £5 not sure on their fair use policy for web think it might be 500mb

02 have some good p*y and go packs aswell just not sure on what they are off hand.

I had the same feeling with Virgin contract not so long ago, seemed that p*y and go had the better deals. You get free stuff on top of your credit plus no commitment each month.

Giff is the best for PAYG I think, customer service is online only (which I prefer) and £10 give you unlimited internet and texts and 60/100 mins I think.

giffgaff all the way!
I transferred my number to their network 3 weeks ago (incidentally they use O2 Network, so my coverage did not change as I was an O2 customer) and so far I am very happy as I p*y £15 less a month!

for £10 a month you get 250 UK minutes, unlimited texts and unlimited internet...

if you get referred by someone you get an extra £5 credit and the person who referred you get £5 as well
