I have seen quite a few 2 star reviews, and I don't understand them at all. It's fine not to like a film but the reasons some of them give don't stack up for me. It's like they seem determined to find fault in something everyone else loves.
I couldn't agree more. I've also seen a number of 2 star reviews & none of the reasons they've given gives much rationale to the rating given. As far as I'm concern there is no rationale for a 2 star rating for such a good film & frankly I think some of the so called critics are disappearing up there own arses!

Re: Untouchable
I wonder if I wrote something about this film as I realized I didn't put a note when I added it to my 2012 film list...
So I guess I didn't write my review.
Anyways, really liked it, it was a big surprise as after all the success it had in France I wondered if it would be another stupid 'Bienvenue chez les Chtis' or an actual good film. Nice to see it was an ACTUAL good film.
François Cluzet is a wonderful actor, even though he was a bit stiff for a disabled guy (sorry if it's a stupid remark but it bothered me a little). I loved his series 'La Famille Guérin that he did with his lovely wife, and everytime he appears on screen is a good surprise.
Nothing to say about Omar Sy. Always loved him, always will.
A good (true) story where pain and difficulties turn into laughs.
9/10
