Thanks so much to the wonderful guy I had to deal with this morning. Only doing his job, my a$$. I'd like to thank him for being utterly inefficient, incompetent, unaccommodating, unhelpful and a downright liar!!!! I really, truly appreciate his brilliant service....or lack thereof! What a people person! Seriously, they should be p*ying him much much more for being so amazing. In fact, I think he should be knighted (Sir Jacka$$).
