I saw this on 14 Feb at Wandsworth and as cheesy as it is I have to say I love this film and thought it was good in 3D - that was once the cinema bods turned the 3d on! For the first 10 mins I could see everyone checking to see if there was something wrong with their glasses!

Anyway, I would definitely recommend this for a pleasant mid week night out! 8/10 for me

I saw this at the 02 Greenwich on Valentine's Day. It's one of my favourite movies anyway but I was too young to see it when it first came out so it was really nice to sit with 100 other people and watch it on the big screen. 9/10!

I thought the 3D on this was unnecessary but it was good to see this film on the big screen again. I don't think I have seen it in over 10 years so I couldn't remember all the details. I remember watching this when it first came out and I found it very emotional - the general tragedy of what happened to all those people and Jack and Rose's particular story. Knowing how it all ends kind of prepared me for the emotional ups and downs.

The film is long but worth watching - especially in the cinema. I remember p*ying what now feels like an extortionate amount for it on VHS when it was first released (something like £18.99 from my local supermarket  ) but I've hardly watched it. Definitely one for the cinema. 8/10.

The 3D never added anything for me but i love the film and story. We were a bit like Althoynian, laughing at lots of inappropriate bits but i did shed a few tears too when all the poor souls were dying together. As ever, i was raging about the class divide...reminds me a bit of today's Britian but thats another issue.

I couldn't see any improvement by using 3D and at times it looked ridiculous with out of focus backs of people protruding off the screen. Surely the point of 3D is to show depth and perspective and when this is out of focus it makes no sense.

At the end of the marathon screening I asked to see the manager and he took his sweet time arriving in the foyer. He said they lease the premises and agreed there are a number of 'issues' like no heating and mice and it is far from ideal. I asked for comp tickets and he obliged and he was eager to say I could use them in ANY Cineworld as he knew that Haymarket would not be my first choice. So the moral of the story is that with Cineworld you must make your complaint there and then. I had a long conversation with their most unhelpful customer service team by email in the past (after the mice scurried around during a film) and they can be a total pain when it comes to dealing with complaints.

Nice to see canadian_turtle and her friend who invited me to sit with them.
I penned an email to Cineworld and have just received two complimentary passes!!!

I think ejwrank is on their black list by now :giggle:

I saw a trailer earlier and I actually want to see this again! (after all, I saw it only once, on release day at a 11pm screening and I kind of fell asleep :shifty: )

Oh, which email address and when did you send it? I too wrote an email when I saw it, yet they pretty much told me tough luck, speak to the duty manager in person if/when you have problems.
