What Did You Watch Last Night?

Saw "The Artist". Not stunning. but it kept me engaged and had nice elements of humour

The Apprentice Final. I was glad Zara won, but I am also glad we will never have to see that god-awful white dress again.

och, totally gutted. finally watched 'Closure', the 'real' sign-off for Mulder in season 7 of the Xfiles concerning his sister. Heartbreaking stuff.
It was very very well done - suprisingly its contemporary viewers hated on it at the time for some reason?

Re: What Did You Watch Last Night?
Infernal Affairs III. I'm a massive fan of the first film and this thickens the plot even more than the first sequel. Very very hard to follow and more of a character study than an action film but I did enjoy it.

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2012" club. I saw 32, which is rather delightful.. I beat Mr. Glass on free films but he narrowly inched me out on total films seen.

An episode of Time Tunnel. I hadn't seen this for years. Good fun.

Re: What Did You Watch Last Night?
On the recommendation of my uncle I watched the 1973 science-fiction film "Soylent Green". An intriguing film set in the near future where the population of New York has hit 40,000,000 and people are fed with a revolutionary foodstuff - but what's the truth behind it? Certainly had me in thrall at points, although it had a very unsatisfying ending.
