I'm excited because My best friend and I used to jam to their music close to 20 years ago during college days (me terrible on keyboard, him pretty good on guitar, and me voice making funny noises to simulate drums) and fittingly I chose him to go with me tonight much to his astonishment as he pa*d to see them last week.
By the way, he has a tip for drivers. If you driving, the car parking for the Bon Jovi Concert is a notorious £25. However, if you park in the cinema car park and b*y a single cinema ticket for £8 you save yourself £17. That's what he will be doing again tonight (he did this last week).
There is an NCP car park at North Greenwich station that is £6 per day (it closes at midnight) or £3 per day on saturdays and sundays

You guys are gross and hilarious all at the same time.
I think the parking TCMMG's friend was referring to was actually at the O2. It used to be that if you went to the cinema you'd get discounted parking (presumably in a specified car park) but as with Syd, I can't find the info anymore!

Re: Bon Jovi concert
If that car park bevvy mentions only charges £6 then I doubt anyone will find a cheaper ticket at the Vue O2.

OK guys, here's my friemd's reply:
"Tell your colleague to go to car park 4 (its near the O2). Should any attendants ask just say they need car park 4 for the cinema. The other car parks are for the O2 concerts. b*y cinema ticket before seeing Bon Jovi, get ticket validated at a manned booth in car park (after Bon Jovi concert) before driving away from the car park. "

Yep yesterday was the last day they were owned by Vue. They specifically mentioned until the end of the trading day on Thursday and are now officially owned by Cineworld.Sydney_Bristow wrote:Wow, I didnt know that the o2 greenwich cinema isnt a vue anymore. Re: Bon Jovi concert
I should be careful if you are going for the cinema car park deal. The O2 is no longer listed on the Vue website. (It was a Vue cinema last week, I'm sure) It is now listed on Cineworld's but there are no films listed as showing this week.
It could well be that Cineworld have taken over and it is closed this week for rebranding/refurbishment.
Every cloud has a silver lining though - I came across a free screening code for Edninburgh whilst on the Cineworld website!
