Hi,
Sometime ago I decided to go on diet. The friend of mine told me about this "Super Duncan diet". Well... I thought at first - but decided to try it.
It works very well! I was 75 kg after only 10 days (first stage) I lost 4 kg and then another 2 kg! I was never hungry and never starved myself.
If any on interesting just ask me for details

But you need a bit of strong will and you need to be sure that you want to lose on weigh.

never go on diets.... just make changes for the better and for life.

diets only last for as long as you're on them and who wants to be on a diet for life?

diets have their place, like when i want to slim down for some special event but it is better to change your eating habits like you say Aruif.

How are you getting on with eating breakfast this week?

i have had breakfast every day this week, all 2 days of it :P hehe. i've actually had 3 meals today!!!!!!!
3 squares of dark chocolate and some microwave popcorn (not a sugary one though!)
i'm fairly sure i am losing weight slowly but surely just from how my clothes are fitting. i'm not weighing myself at the moment or measuring, i want to feel/see results first. i'm funny like that then one day i'll have a nice surprise when i'm back where i was 18 months ago!

Going on diet is just one of "changes for the better and for life". ;)
Whoever wont to keep slim, voluptuous, sexy.
Whoever want to stay young, strong and healthy. o/
Whoever want to keep youth and freshness of intellect have to stay on diet. :P
Add to it some exercises and watch how your body is transforming! :j

Diet is not about eating cabbage and apples all life long.
Diet is more about what we shouldn't eat e.g. chips and crisps.

But I understand that not everyone can go on diet - it's not easy at all

i disagree that you can't eat crisps or chips if you're eating healthily.

mr g? you can have these things from time to time can't you! i lost 4 stone still eating crisps and chips! in fact i probably ate crisps more often then than i do now! :O

and i'm not sure that only people on a diet can be described as sexy! little bit offensive that comment i think. sexy is about confidence and you can be confident no matter what your size/shape/diet. but that's another conversation probably ;)

and i still disagree that going on a diet is a change for the better and for life. change of your diet yes, going on a diet no.
