I'm going to Harrogate on Tuesday doing Afternoon Tea at Bettys so that will be my day off this week and I'll make sure that I do plenty of walking when I'm there.
I'm glad you've restarted this thread as I need to take action so no more sweets at the cinema :nono:
Well done on your run this morning that's brilliant, I don't think my walking around The Trafford Centre this morning counts ;)
Nice break you got lined up there. Not sure if you need to wear your new coat there though, its hot there isnt it? At least every time I've been it was ;)

A walk around Trafford Centre this morning counts o/ For a moment I thought you coming round my mum's...her name is Betty :D

I've had a week of pretty good eating then had some beers last night, and an amazing falafel from a kiosk that has suddenly materialsed at Shepherds Bush statioln :P

I'm not exercising at the moment, can't even do a bit of a jog as I've done something to my left calf. I've no idea how or what, but when I've not been walking and stand up, I can't walk on it. Its all very tender and painful at the moment

Still the main thing is to get to Thursday without any slip ups food wise, then get ready for the Jameson's :shifty:
preferred locations Shepherds Bush, Westfield, Notting Hill, Central London, Wimbledon, Islington, Wandsworth thanks

I completely forgot that you Southerners won't have a Bettys Tea Room as they are all in Yorkshire, this is what you are missing http://www.bettys.co.uk/bettys_harrogate.aspx
It probably will be a bit warm for my coat but lovely for evening strolls and I would love any tips on Barcelona as I've never been before. Sorry on the wrong thread but healthy meal choices in Spain will be good.

Hope your leg soon feels better Valda, please get it checked out and rest it as much as you can and take care.
