I checked my Spam Box, but nothing there? anyother method to solve this problme please?

I asked the mods to merge the topics, not you ;)

If you read the topic linked to you'll see mostly everyone has this problem at one stage or another and while there are some solutions given (unsubscribe and subscribe again), sometimes none of them work.

Ok, got you. Thanks again for your hlep anyway. At least it release my worries. I thought I made some mistake for something then I have been ban! ^_^

The big thing is you've got to make sure your subscribed threads/forums are marked as read. And with posts sometimes moved from, say, Free Films to Competitions or Expired Stuff, it's more than worthwhile marking those as read as well.

Still not receiving alerts. I am going to keep posting in the hope that my subscriptions will restart ! Have removed and resubscribed 4 times !

Have you read this thread and done the other actions suggested too?

Still having same problem this morning...partner has an id which I will use as well...hope problem sorts itself out !
