I want to join the theater one - but the T&C's and FAQ redirect to blank pages and someone said you have to sign up for 5 years?? Though I don't know where they saw that. Luke better e-mail me back within those 10 days we have to decide!

I joined the Theatre membership this morning and it does say £17.99 annually for 5 years, however once you have signed up it does also give you info on how to cancel within that time so I have taken the T&C's to mean that your membership will run automatically for the 5 years unless you choose to cancel within that time.

Thanks so much! I'd still very much like to know the full FAQ and T&Cs before joining though. Did you get anything but a blank page? If so could you copy/paste the info here?

I didn't get an e-mail, but I couldn't see it on the site it linked to (maybe I am blind though!)

I wonder if you need to apply via an invite link from an e-mail as this is what I did ???
I will try to re-visit the invite page and will copy & paste info if I can.

Well, I b*ght the theatre one too in the hopes of getting tickets to more major musicals/plays/concerts in the future! Fairies, my status has already been updated on SFF so you should be able to book VIP tickets under my login now!

To the Paypal experts here: I found where to cancel the automatic payments, if I do so now would my 1st payment be cancelled too and my SFF Vip status inactive? I rather do it asap before I forget and next year another £17.99 gets deducted from my account. Unless Paypal send a reminder before doing so next year?

To cancel a payment that has already gone through would require asking for a refund either from sff or paypal could do it as part of a dispute. So if you cancel an automatic payment before its due, you should be ok, the first payment won't be refunded unless you go to lengths to have it refunded.
