I must say I did this many, many times when I was still living in South Africa (my home country) and over there, the guys in charge were always happy to adjust it. The only time they ever gave me flack was when I complained about the quality of the print on "Twister" (yes, I am that old) as there was nothing they could do about it.

Other than that, I've always gotten good results.
With these digital projections there's nothing they can do anyway once the film's started. It should have been tested before it rolled. Plus when we complained afterwards the usher was very patronizing  These multiplexes just treat customers like cattle.
Actually, its easy to adjust zoom and aspect ratio after the movie starts - i've seen it happen a few times now. I've even complained about something being wrong a number of times now, including the wrong film entirely being shown. Thankfully, Wakefield had it right last night.

Saw this yesterday at WIQ. I was thinking that my eyes were tired (I get that a lot) and that maybe it was just me that saw the projection blurry. Nobody around me seemed to be complaining.

Again, not much to add to what others have already said. I thought it was an average movie. The only thing I really liked was David Tennant's character. 5.5/10

Letter of complaint emailed to WIQ. Hope others will do the same. Nothing more annoying than hearing those words "Well no one else complained" as if my complaint is therefore not valid!

It might also be a good idea to mention it on the Sky feedback form.

I woke up this morning with a splitting headache and rather dizzy...I wonder if this was a delayed effect from watching the ghastly projection. Shall I get a doctor's note and sue West India Quays? ;)

Great blog, David o/ Hey was it you I was sitting next to?!? You're not the son of a particularly wonderful fmuker, I met for the first time yesterday are you? :red: I am making so many damn identity errors...I blame it on the out of focus projection scrambling my brains!
My film reviews here . ......My FMUK 2014 ratings.......My FMUK 2011 ratings.......My FMUK 2013 ratings . ......My FMUK 2012 ratings .

You think that's crazy, one of my friends' wives was recently warned by her obstetrician not to watch any 3D movies for the entire duration of pregnancy as it would damage her unborn foetus.

I thought that was far and away one of the most retarded things I'd ever heard in my life. I mean seriously, how the FECK????

Likewise here TheyCallMeMrGlass -- headache and poor vision. Have written to Cineworld and SKY making my complaint in a firm way! Great to meet you last night after reading and enjoying your posts. Yep, David is my son and agree with you about his blog but really shouldn't say that as I am biased!

That's me! That blog was just me banging the keyboard at 1am haha. I've cooled down a bit now, I think.
