i do all of that already :) but tesco is only a 5 min walk from my house so it's not much, though i did go twice this weekend! (Wooow! haha)

birthday is wednesday! eeek!

btw - I LOVE your new tracker!!!

There's heaps of trackers to choose from, I finally had time to go thourgh them all

whoop de doo lost 3lbs this week, hopefully going to get back on track, i lost five stone on this put two back on, so desperate to shift it all again

Well done, that is brilliant, keep up the good work.

I'm slowly getting through all the rubbish in the house, and when its gone, its gone. So I would say I'm 95% eating well :oops:

I've also done body combat 3 times now and maybe tomorrow I'll do a pump class as well :cross:

Ive really started pulling the punches with my abs now D: doing crunches, planks, side planks and dips(i think their called that?)

I still have so much rubbish in my house from Christmas and for some reason I have this habit of constantly having a box of chocolates on the go. I really need to get my act together as I'm eating for the sake of it.
