I've stayed the same. which is great considering all the bad food i ate on my birthday and the fact i'm so bloated i could have possibly be confused for a hot air balloon.

Wow well done. Fantastic! o/ o/ o/ Dont get too impatient though 2lbs a week is the max healthy rate you should aim for. Enjoy every moment when a couple of pounds of fat comes off, you become a new woman every time. Sometimes a couple goes back on, dotn worry about it, its the bigger picture that matters and you're doing superbly.

Well done, that is brilliant, keep up the good work.

I'm slowly getting through all the rubbish in the house, and when its gone, its gone. So I would say I'm 95% eating well

I've also done body combat 3 times now and maybe tomorrow I'll do a pump class as well :cross:
You are totally inspiring everyone, including me! Good idea to do the pupmp class, mixing exercises is great for the body and you get quicker results too.

I still have so much rubbish in my house from Christmas and for some reason I have this habit of constantly having a box of chocolates on the go. I really need to get my act together as I'm eating for the sake of it.
Diane, get rid of those chocolates. Or just keep it there for your reward at the end of the week. You have to deserve it remember :) You shouldnt be craving it in the first place if you drinking lots of water (or herb tea) and not missing your meals. Dont miss meals and dont go hungry, thats what leads to sweet cravings. Well done for admitting your habit, now kick it! :)

So far I have seen 5 films at the cinema with my Cineworld unlimited pass and ran with 4 of the visits. I go different cinemas to vary the runs and distances. Its working a treat for me, getting to see new films and run with a purpose at the same time.

Going to see W.E later. When it comes to the point of increasing my distances in prep for my Marathon, I will run from Bexleyheath cinema (13km) then later dates, Bluewater (26km) :)

No, I'm used to it :P God, I sound so full of it now...

Confession time. Truth is, despite my running, I have actually put on some body fat through complacency during the holidays with my diet...I know I didnt quite practice what I preached! This means I need to give my body a shock, its too used to running. Always give your body new challenges to keep burning the fat and toning your body...change routine every 4-5 weeks! So I need to mix my runs with more high intensity workouts to burn that surplus fat I had gained :)

I am, and also eternally grateful for the support everyone gave me on this thread too. As for yourself, I still on to this day cherish your wisdom to following my own goals when I pondered about changing my career to becoming a fitness professional. Not sure if you know because you were away for a while but I since qualified as a level 3 fitness professional...but my next step is to actually put my foot through that door and step into the field properly by training others...so far I am my own client, and I dont even p*y myself, stingy g*t, after all did for myself!

Aw, that's so nice! I'm happy that my 'wisdom' was useful, and well done (again) for qualifying - you're right that I wasn't aware! Just goes to show how helpful a bunch of strangers can be! I'm sure it's only a matter of time before you train others (not including the people on this thread!)!!!

PS - probably good you don't p*y yourself - you'd have to p*y tax!!!

Ok point taken chocolate habit being kicked into touch I've not done anything to deserve it. I'm certainly not missing any meals or any food whatsoever (I don't think anything edible is missing my mouth at the moment  ) and I need to get off the black coffee and get back into drinking water and moving my body.

You are an inspiration MrGlass and I appreciate the straight talking its just what I need. Well done everyone else you are all amazing o/
