I had a party in my mouth :3
Keep the processed stuff to a minimum rawr_xoxo! Its not about quantity of calories you have, its about the quality of it. Good workout btw...not sure about you collapse, you're not supposed to collapse!

I have booked far too many holidays etc and would rather have extra spending money on my trips hence on an economy drive, so rather than making extra journeys using up petrol I'm doing things in passing and not going out for meals/ socialising I have too much free time on my hands and as I love being busy I am keeping my stomach busy to pass the time. I have cleaned everything that needs cleaning including dismantling light fittings so need to fill my time with exercise rather than stuffing my face!
I am now ready for action so let the encouragement (nagging) begin!
Diane, Anakin made a great suggestion about the popcorn, its actually a pretty good healthy snack. Other snacks:
Low fat cottage cheese with 3 Rice cakes. Rice cakes are great, so filling.
Low fat yogurt with Berries
Baby carrots/celeries with Humous
mixed nuts and seeds.
They are nutritious and tasty snacks. BUT count your snacks and eat slowly and spread them along with the meals. Make your meals smaller to compensate for the snacks. When you eat your food, eat slowly to let the brains catch up with the body signals of wether you are full up or not. Eat too quickly and you end up over eating before the brains realise you are full already. And dont ever think you have an obligation to finish whats in your plate. If your full, stop! And dont eat anything within 2-3 hours of going to sleep. If you feel peckish at night, drink half a glass of semi skinned (or skimmed) milk.
I can see you are in motion with your health and fitness mission, I'm liking how you capitalising on your free time. You doing great so far
Hows everyone else doing? I have been loving my cineworld pass and running combo. So far I have now see 9 films with my pass (plus 4 free previews). That's 13 films this month and I got 3 more lined up in the next couple of day :) And each time, I am running home from the cinema! Different cinemas too so different distances. I still have to step up my general fitness though, my runs are far from my peek of last year, I can feel it. So I need to do more resistance training too.
