Dont know if anyone has mentioned these before. Decided to opt for a healthy snack to eat. Purchased some Kellogs Special K Mini Breaks. 98 cals per packet. Very tasty indeed..... a little moreish if honest. I had the original flavour, but I believe they do others.

Best blog post I have read. The content may be the same as many health sites (well actually seems to be more good stuff here) but never written in such an easy to read way as this with lots of pictures. Now thats a blog to learn from, not just in its content (um...it is the stuff I try to convey but fails miserably), but its the way its simply laid out. I will learn from that.

But all of you read this blog, its an order :)

Thanks elski for posting that, its absolutely brilliant. Seriously that blog, should win blog of the year award. Its magnificent. It should be everyone's bible and read every week! I am so jealous, I couldnt write anything as 1/10 as good as that.

aww, you wouldn't be saying that if you read some of her recipes *cough*sluttybrownies*cough* although I've only made one of her healthier ones and remained strong and not made the brownies. These worked out really well

And I think she is a pro blog writer/ geek type person but she can make you insanely jealous of the fabulous life she seems to lead. But seems a nice down to earth person at the same time. An almost film-fiction perfect person.

My chocolate bars and I are really enjoying reading this. I'll try to focus on the future FB pictures of me - which is genuinely a good idea!

That's sweet of you, Anakin :red: I will try not to sell myself short, after all, its what they taught us at the Personal Training course, so I guess I have much to improve in that area!

But still, her lifestyle should serve as a great role model :) Ok you're right, the recipes dont look the greatest do they but we can get so many on the internet, its the thought process behind what we eat is what matters. Well done fo trying out the spicy lemon chicken o/

My sentiments exactly!! We wouldn't have nominated you as Mr Motivator if you weren't up to the job so we'll have less of that negativity young man :nono: (I'm not sweet like anakin ;) ) I'm back on the healthy lifestyle and already feel more energised thanks to all the inspirational people on here.

Yikes, I deserve that, absolutely right. A cog slipped out of alignment in my machinary up here. Positivity is the name of the game for all of us.

Fantastic that your back on the health track but I know youve been on it most times as best you can. So your walks are getting more speedy again and healthy meals coming along nicely? Great!! Oh I feel that cog is back in place, table swiftly turned round again, my job once more in check;)
