When you are in the States, its imperative you drink lots of water as you will dehydrate quicker over there...dont ever get dehydrated, you drink the water to prevent it.
Already got a camelpak for our water during the day o/
And I didn't mean it as not eating at all, I meant proper meals, purely because of the heat, you don't want to eat something heavy, we'll probably have something small here and there but because we'll be moving around a lot, we might not find time! :giggle:
Shadowhunters: Looking better in black than the widows of our enemies since 1234.
I am, after all, what you made me.

Well done everyone you are all doing brilliant. MrG I would never sack you in a million years (I'm not in charge) and I'm the one who nominated you as Mr Motivator in the first place.

I have been very well behaved on my trips just had one hot chocolate and pancake in Prague (shrove Tuesday) and one ice-cream in Rome. On bvoth trips I just walk all day from after breakfast until I collapse in a heap at bedtime, there was so much to see that I didn't want to miss anything by using public transport so my legs had a really good workout. I loved the water fountains in Rome where you just fill up your water bottle and I did drink at least 2 litres of water everyday, I did eat really healthily on both trips as it was basically fuel to give me stamina to get through the day.
I now need to keep it up now I'm back to the real world, I have got a walk planned for Friday afternoon so need to fit a couple more in before then. I do confess that I have had a large butterfly cake today as its my treat day.
Judging by the quick responses to your post we are still all very keen. o/

Oh wow, Diane, you sure deserve that butterfly cake today! Thats a great healthy diary there and on your vacations too. (I assume you already posted about your trips, I must go read them!). I dont remember about the water fountains in Rome...I probably ignored them or just plain didnt notice but well done for taking advantage of them. Love your forward think eating and exercise planning too o/

I plan to be making the Slimming World banoffee pie at the weekend. I cant imagine it tasting as good as a full fat one, but I have enjoyed making lots of other recipes and 9lb loss aint doing too badly :-)

HAV, you've been great support on this thread for everyone, hows the Rhumba dances going? What about the hulla hooping too!
we would NEVER sack you, your knowledge about nutrition, fitness and most importantly your bright sunny outlook are much appreciated o/

I'm off to zumba tonight Glassy, think i need to join slimming world or something as the weight is just not shifting and i know i'm not strict enough at weekends either :( . Been out of the loop with the hoop so need to get that habit back and spinning again too

Lovely weather up here for a change so gonna go walking (maybe even running a little) at the weekend.

Hows everyone else doing?

Hows your training going?

Well done with the Zumba, that's a positive step. I'm off work tomorrow afternoon so talked my friend into going for a walk with me so should feel energised, we are going for lunch first so will promise to keep it healthy.

MrGlass where is your sponsor link? Get your act together then I can sponsor you!! (I have to be assertive otherwise he won't do it)
