Found it only worthwhile for theatre.

I've had a mixture of Theatre Film and Comedy from it. Fro £12 or whatever it is, 2 packs of cigarettes, money well spent.

You really need to get a response from someone who lives near you, or at least not in London because I've hardly seen any offers outside London though maybe they wouldn't send those to me. If you see what I mean!

I live a good hour from London in Bracknell, had a lot of tix through VIP for London Theatre, opera, shows etc which is fine at the weekends but a real struggle to get there during the week. Only had 2 things offered actually near where I live, Brit Floyd in Basingstoke (which was fantastic), and some Hungarian Folk Band in Basingstoke - which we gave a miss.

For me, just for the tickets that I can use in London at the weekends, the VIP membership has been well worth the investment.

I live near Bristol and not keeping track, as many of the films crop up anyway, but I guess I have had at least 3 invites, so compared to cinema prices it is worth while.

Hmmm...I'm still sceptical about this service. I have signed up but so far rceived only two 3 emails in two months. We shall see.

To be fair, they do say they'll offer you at least ONE film during the year (and if you have the theatre one ONE theatre show), which in your case has been granted. Not saying that 3 is a lot but they are doing what it says on the tin.
