Unstoppable
Re: Unstoppable
Saw this last night--a good story-well acted, what else would you expect from Denzel--but the whole cast was good as well-and some excellent camera work and taut direction. It would be hard for any one not to enjoy this film

Re: Unstoppable
I saw this last weekend and was pleasantly surprised with how much I genuinely enjoyed it, as my main motivation for seeing it was getting to stare at Chris Pine for a couple of hours!

Re: Unstoppable
I saw this last night at the Odeon MetroCentre - thought I wasn't going to get there at one point due to the strong winds and heavy rain, which led to a crash on the A1, and the resulting chaos which ensued. But, I made it, went into the wrong screen at first, and sat down to see Burke and Hare, got up and found the right place. Phew!
I loved it. It was quite exhilarating in places, and edge of the seat stuff. Good performances from Denzil Washington and Chris Pine, ably supported by a strong cast. I enjoyed reading what happerned to the main characters afterwards - found one or two amusing.
I'll be recommending this to friends - 8.5/10 from me.

Re: Unstoppable
Saw this film earlier this week, like most people said it's really enjoyable. I had the feeling Tony Scott was trying to reboot the Under Siege/Speed genre. The film looked really gritty, kind of like the Casino Royale reboot of the James Bond Franchise. Only problem was the ending, which they could have used as a solution at the beginning (but then we wouldn't have a film, would we?
) 7.5/10

Wow absolutely loved the film from start to finish. Saw this in a 1/4 full cinema at Southampton and when they managed to stop the train you could feel the relief in the room. Overall BRILLIANT.

nothing less would work.
They had to call in the Russian army to shoot the mothers who protested.
It was grizzly work.
