Tangled
Re: Tangled
A great start to the 1st preview of the year, saw this as Whiteleys, Bayswater only 50% full. A nice Sunday film with my niece, brought our own 3D glasses to the screening as we have a collection at home and also a lesson learnt when we had to p*y four pairs of 3D glasses (£1 each) at the Megamind in Newcastle Upon Tyne. Enjoyable film 8/10.

Saw this in a 80% full Bristol screening. Given free glasses on the way in, though we had b*ght our own just in case. Very nicely animated, typically saccharin laden Disney feature, which had a blend of rather theatrical songs and impressive 3D moments.....7/10.

Saw this at the Metrocentre this morning with some fellow roller girls I dragged along... suprisingly the cinema was only about half full.
Basically, this movie was fantastic and possibly my best Disney movie to date. The story line was brilliant, great characters, animation was fab and have to admit I think I must be getting soft as did have a few tears. Did a mad dash to the Disney store after to get a new note Tangled note pad for work. 10/10 and reckon I will be seeing this again at the flicks as well as b*ying it on DVD... Well done Disney x

Re: Tangled
Saw this at Whiteleys, around 50% full. Was a good laugh and the chameleon and the horse stole the show although both the main characters had great voice acting!

Re: Tangled
I really liked the songs, I thought they were quite good. Finally saw the whole film today, after last week's screening started 15 minutes early. It's actually quite crucial the first few minutes, as it explains why Rapunzel is "locked" up in the tower. I am sorry for the children that missed the first 15 minutes last week, they probably wouldn't know what's going on.
Like what most have said, there's poor use of 3D in this film. I am really surprised they don't have a recycle bin for those glasses at Odeon Covent Garden. The staff tried to give the glasses back to me when I gave it to them for recycling. Odeon still doesn't have a recycling policy??
Back to the film, it's 8/10

1st preview of the year, and enjoyed film, children loved it even more!! No recycle bin for glasses for me either, Odeon told us to keep glasses, saying could save money on pa*d future 3D films!

Re: Tangled
I was at the Covent Garden one too. I had to wait for my family while they were using the toilets and saw a staff member throw all the remaining glasses in a regular bin, which surprised me. What a waste!superhero wrote:I am really surprised they don't have a recycle bin for those glasses at Odeon Covent Garden.
