Please don't spend your well earned money on my behalf! I'm sure Facebookers will review it at some point in the future. I thought you had already pa*d, that's why I asked for your thoughts on it.=Sorry, I got talked of it! (actually more like told off)...Then again I could still do it for research purpose and report about it here...I sense my wallet popping out again...

Re: Seefilmfirst VIP membership.
The only way they can reasonably do this is to guarantee you a number of showings. Say I p*y up and then receive an exclusive code but I'm not online till later so cannot reserve prior to them releasing tickets to a wider audience - hardly good value is it?
Very rarely do I receive any notification e-mails from them as it is, I rely on FMUK, so I can't say I'd be confident of getting any advantage anyway.
Why change a system that works?

Always on the lookout for spare GLASGOW tickets. Thanks to all those great sharers who keep me going with plenty of free nights out.

Re: Seefilmfirst VIP membership.
Exactly. They only guarantee you a screening a year, how bad is that? I watched 130 films last year. Ok, they weren't all with SFF (need to count how many were) but one a year is pretty darn awful.

Re: Seefilmfirst VIP membership.
Well I didn't receive it. How many people here did? And supposing someone did sign up, that doesn't mean SFF's idea of what they'd want that person to see would match the individual's own preferences. I often enjoy films for which I'm sure I'm not in the target audience but suspect that I left it to SFF, they wouldn't choose to let me attend those. After all, these organisations don't exist to do the public favours, or only incidentally, so I'm certainly not p*ying to be excluded!Yinster wrote:Did everyone received this email. And I don't understand how they would benefit from this system. Sounds like a lot of extra admin for ... what?
