It was ok but just seemed to lack the fizz or sparkle to make it a good action movie.

Compared to recent films it keeps a good pace. An average heist/man on ledge film that's never going to make a leap into anything stand out or special but it does what it says on the tin and someone who likes that type of film on a friday or saturday night will be reasonably satisfied with it.

It was better than I thought as I did think the trailer was dull.

Similar to Tower Heist without the comedic edge but a bit more action?

I thought the accents of Sam Worthington and Jamie Bell were dubious at best.

Still, much better than Young Adult by way of entertainment.

I liked this. Busted a gut to get there from Dundee, but so glad I did. Odeon staff so kind. Told me I was just in time and hadn't missed anything, furnished me with popcorn and walked me in to a seat. Amazed! Top marks Odeon.

Really good film which I thought was original (not seen Tower Heist though). Good suspense throughout. Billy Idiot has all grown up! Didn't mind his accent - better than some Americans coming trying their hand at English.

Thought Ed Harris looked dreadful - like a walking corpse.

Great film following last three total clunkers.

8/10 from me.
