I can get into the site, but how do you search for 1 pound hotel rooms easily? I am probably too late now anyway....

Yeah, don't know how it works - it only gives me the expensive rate!

I am assuming if you get into the site early enough, it will show the 1 pound rooms?

Apparently all 1090 rooms (including the £29 ones) went in 6 minutes.

I realised about 2 minutes too late that there's a special link for the £1 rooms on the homepage. Being on the normal booking page will do no good.

Plus, their homepage countdown was wrong. Mine said about 2 minutes left til it began, I refreshed and it said that it had begun.

Well whatever they are doing, it's a good gimmick I guess getting people onto their site.
