I agree with you bevvy. I think that is why it is password protected now as they want to choose the people they want to invite, and presumably they will give those people the password to book.

I just got the same email too. When I first got the order confirmation, I didn't get too excited as I thought it looked like pot luck who would get the tickets as when we applied they asked so many questions, like what company you worked at, your title, so they can veto us out! :(

Those questions about the company you work for , job title etc are part of the Eventbrite system so they are not asking them specifically for this event.

It seems pretty stringent, unless they are using it to get the right type of people :P I only get asked these questions when I sign up for conferences, and for work activities which are private events. I don't think the organisers are aware how resourceful MSE and FMUK are at getting wind of free film events. :D

I have locked and moved the Wanted thread now. I have also deleted all other Wanted thread asking for A-Team ticket in as yet non-existent locations - there really is no point!

I noticed they said something along the lines there will be heavy security at that screening! Looks like the A-team might be at the door at the Court hotel....

Just saw this on Facebook:

The Phoenix Picturehouse The next E4 Slackers Club film is the film
version we've all been waiting for, THE A-TEAM (12A), starring the one
and only Liam Neeson as Hannibal!

The film is screening on 27 July at 1.30pm. Tickets are FREE to all Slackers Club Members and to
become a Member all you have to do is be a student (and show us your NUS
card). For more info on Slackers visit
www.e4.com/slackers.

Otherwise tell all your mates and get down to the Phoenix on the 27 July! Make sure you click 'like' so your
studenty friends see this too!

We love it when a plan comes
together!
