make sure you have

info@momentumscreenings.co.uk

on your safe senders list as it may have bounced or gone into your junk mail folder, if you didn't print your ticket at the time you may need to email them to ask them to resend it to you.

Directed by Niels Arden Oplev.
Starring: Noomi Papace, Michael Nyqvist.

Plot: Forty years ago, Harriet Vanger disappeared from a family gathering on the island owned and inhabited by the powerful Vanger clan. Her body was never found, yet her uncle is convinced it was murder and that the killer is a member of his own tightly knit but dysfunctional family. He employs disgraced financial journalist Mikael Blomkvist and the tattooed, ruthless computer hacker Lisbeth Salander to investigate. When the pair link Harriet's disappearance to a number of grotesque murders from almost forty years ago, they begin to unravel a dark and appalling family history. But the Vanger's are a secretive clan, and Blomkvist and Salander are about to find out just how far they are prepared to go to protect themselves.

IMDB

Directed by Daniel Alfredson.
Starring: Noomi Rapace, Michael Nyqvist, Lena Endre, Sofia Ledarp, Georgi Staykov.

Plot: After spending a year abroad, Lisbeth Salander returns to Sweden. She calls on her court-appointed guardian to remind him, in her own way, of his promise to submit satisfactory reports on her behavior. Mikael Blomkvist continues as an editor of Millenium magazine and they are onto a major story about prostitution and trafficking in women from Eastern Europe. When the investigative journalist working on that story is killed, the police announce that Lisbeth is their prime suspect. Lisbeth and Mikael work independently trying to find who is behind the murders. They not only learn the identity of the culprits but also some of Lisbeth's family secrets.

So the cinema decided to show the 2nd one first and having not seen the first one before I didn't realise. So do I wait for the 1st one to start or give it up as a bad job and go and see Grease

At Cineworld this morning and saw The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo in screen 12 and then quickly ran across to screen 9 for Sing-a-Long Grease with our free diet coke. Two entirely different films but enjoyed both of them equally. Excellent free day out. o/

Luckily for me Crawley showed them in the right order, as I only needed to see the second one and had rung to check that that would be OK. Good as it was, I don't think I could sit through two of those in one session, as I find the suspense and violence quite gruelling to watch. I just caught the end of the first one which was a useful recap; now I'm all ready for the third, as long as I see it soon!

Saw the first movie, loved it! Was too long a wait for the 2nd movie though, considering the first was 2 and a half hours, sitting still for another 2 hours was a bit out of the question for me and my OH, we needed food! lol Very impressed with the movie though!
WIll definitely be looking into seeing the 2nd one and going to see the 3rd in cinema :D
