Well I didn't make the baby-laden screening anyway, owing to flooding (but the earplugs are staying in my bag, joining all sorts of other useful kit) so went to the matinee instead, which was poorly attended as usual, but all those who were there (apart from me) appeared to be pensioners. It seemed an odd choice of film for them but without wishing to be rude, I reckon they probably just go every week, regardless of what's on, for the outing. I was certainly glad of that - a good girly film, totally unrealistic but great for escaping real life for a couple of hours.
