well done rawr_xoxo!!

iv just made up a few small 'graze' pots for next week. filled with seeds, raisins and nuts, i'm all prepared whether i'm in or out and i get peckish!! (i'll refrain from adding a crumbled flake, which is what makes it really tasty!!) .. i'll do fruit ones as well for when i'm indoors .. and salady ones. it's a good feeling knowing you can eat A LOT of certain foods and only be doing yourself good!!

Well done rawr_xoxo. o/ Wear your shiny medal with pride.

jojoanne, I was terrible for sitting munching a packet of crisps while watching TV but I've changed now to a stick of celery which is good for you or a few chopped walnuts. I know crisps aren't good for you but they are hard to resist and I keep them in the cupboard for the grandchildren coming round (and hubby - although he says he doesn't eat them! ).

Rawr_xoxo - WooHoo! What a tremendous achievement! Very well done!
If your feet are unbearably sore I can recommend a good podiatrist o/

Jojojoanne - I'm loving the sheer variety incorporated into your "graze" pots idea! I think that's one I'll be copying from you and adopting myself. o/

Biggins - Your sirloin steak meal sounds very tasty and healthy as do the celery sticks and walnuts replacing crisps for snacks. :D

Same from me. I'm getting so much inspiration and ideas from this thread its brilliant, I go shopping early Tuesday morning so have a lot of new items on my list. :D Even rawr-xoxo's talk of her fabulous walk inspired me to go on a walk this evening I did 2 laps of the local water park not sure how far it was but it was a beautiful evening, I must have looked like a proper walker as a lady stopped me asking if I was in training as she wanted ideas from me
Re the Bruschetta on my menu I could only eat half that amount it was delicious and the spray on one cal olive oil does work. As I had b*ght a bag of fresh tarragon and basil, there is no way that we could eat that amount I have frozen it (I won't waste food) ready for next time, its so easy (I had to look it up) you just wash the leaves dry them really well and then freeze them on a baking tray, then pop into a food bag.
