Wow, what a bargain, Diane65! In fact, I'm surprised you stopped at London and didn't carry on and book through to Paris or the south of France at those rates!

We have used Paddy cat's name for various things but he doesn't have his own email yet. He'll be asking for one now just to keep up with Diane's Rosie.

Having no luck at all getting any cheap deals from Durham. My OH has been trying for over two hours, and the cheapest price is £122 from Durham for the day return.Diane65 wrote:Yeh just booked my tickets 06:55 from Manchester returning on the 19:20 for the fabulous price of £13 and that's including my travelcard for zones 1 and 2I used 2 accounts to book it and it accepted both codes from the Sun - my account and Rosie my cat's account.

It appears that the Durham ones are only up to the 19th April so should be able to get it for £33 return. Its probably my fault as I did say they were released Ii must have looked at the Friday onesandrews wrote:Having no luck at all getting any cheap deals from Durham. Have you looked into split-ticketing? Martin Lewis explains that you can try and get a ticket to somewhere on your route to London, and one from there to London and it might turn out cheaper. Check it out here (funnily enough the example they use is a London - Durham return):

This is brilliant yogiyogi wrote:Just in case anyone is in any doubt about the epic epicness of this year's FMUKCON I made this.....
Maybe we could borrow the countdown clock from last year's Olympics to countdown to the big day!
My rail ticket arrived in the post today - really looking forward to meeting up.
