Re: Millennium: The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo
Just seen this at a packed haymarket!
The director came on and gave an interesting insight into the film. Saw prettyxcool,hdaniel82 and finally met milkchomonkey. Always a pleasure.
I found the film was gripping but unsatisfying as wanted to know what happens next
!
Well acted and looking forward to seeing the last one.
Bit disturbed to have seen lisbeth with hairy armpits
Overall 8/10

What a massive disappointment. Everything they did right in the first, they got wrong in this. And could they not find someone remotely Russian looking to play Zala?
Ugh.
Ugh.
102 Different free films seen in 2010 plus 2 repeat viewings and a few tv show screenings... not too shabby. Thanks to everyone for their contributions here.

I thought the complete opposite! I thought everything they did wrong in the first one, they got right in the second. The first one missed out so much detail, and this second one was much more true to the book. As harrowing as it was, I really enjoyed it!soonforgotten wrote:What a massive disappointment. Agreed!!! hehehetilly wrote:Bit disturbed to have seen lisbeth with hairy armpits![]()
Never read the book and didn't see the first, so, kind of going as I'm going to any other movie.. clueless.
For me the movie was very engaging and I was always at the edge of my seat. During the last scene when Lisbeth sneak into the house and caught by her half-bro, I literally jumped of the seat. The suspense worked for me. And now, I'm eager to watch the first and can't wait for the 3rd.
7/10 just because I didn't get a good seat

Yeah, her OH might have found it a bit strange if a fellow cinema goer had suddenly congratulated him to his impending nuptials, LOL!
