I recently had the unenviable task of making some members of staff redundant and I would say that whilst it is not nice being told it is just as bad if you are the one doing the telling! You are aware that the poeple you are telling are usually not going to take it well but also that your words are going to affect not just them but their families and complete lives.

Why is it that whenever I am not at my computer for a length of time - is the time when codes etc are released?? For the past month now, I have not been able to get tickets as I have not been around. :wall: Frustrated, is putting it mildly :evil:

I was told 3 months Ago that my team had disbanded so ended up getting lucky finding another job!
