Re: Free Theatre/Concert Tickets Discussion Thread
Third time at Rock of Ages last night and it was the best performance out of the three! They were filming the show so the theatre was pretty much full and the atmosphere in the audience was so much better. Great vibes from the crowd so the jokes were got genuine laughs but not much clapping. I really do love this show and can still happily sing along (even though I am tone deaf).
Had great seats in row B, which also meant that I got loads of glitter thrown on me. When Justin Lee Collins came downstairs and threw extra glitter on us, I got a load right in my mouth, LOL. Then I had a high five from JLC.
I am going to be finding glitter in my handbag for days now, LOL.
Stayed after the show and managed to meet Shayne Ward and Oliver Tompsett (Drew) and they are so nice and friendly. I wanted to see JLC but I had a long journey home so couldn't wait any longer for him to come out.
Thanks to the lovely valda, Celini and turtle for the brilliant company. Nice to see hdaniel82 as well.
Special thanks to Celini for taking the photos and the cupcake and to the turtle for the keyring.

Re: Free Theatre/Concert Tickets Discussion Thread
It is indeed an amazing show :)
Re: Free Theatre/Concert Tickets Discussion Thread
Well the first time I went, I was laughing on the tube home at some girls struggling with glitter in their hair etc. as I had got rid of mine quite easily. Then eight days later I found a load inside my shoe! I only found it then because it had been coming off the bottom of my sock onto the carpet and I was trying to find out where it was coming from!funthing29 wrote:I am going to be finding glitter in my handbag for days now, LOL.

Re: Free Theatre/Concert Tickets Discussion Thread
I had glitter stuck on the inside of my umbrella so when I used it again nearly a week later I had glitter pieces in my hair all over again (and I didn't instantly know where they'd come from either!)

Re: Free Theatre/Concert Tickets Discussion Thread
I accidentally booked 2 tickets for Rock of Ages tonight. There are still tickets available but in case it's sold out by the time someone sees this let me know. Btw the ticket says you need ID but maybe someone who's been before can advise whether that's really necessary?
