No, you don't get anything back but an automated reply. So the person you give the tickets to should print of the automated reply and the subject heading needs to have all the details for the information of whoever mans the box office.

I don't see what the problem would be with just obtaining a genuine change of name e-mail? You don't have to wait for them to get back to you or change the tickets as you just get an automated reply
