Such an amazing film!

A horse walks into a bar and the bartender asks, "Why the long face?"

A pony walks into the bar and whispers, "I'll have a beer, please." The barkeeper asks, "Why are you whispering?".
"I'm a little hoarse."

I remember watching this film at the cinema and we were quite close to the front, which was a big mistake as our eyes were hurting by all the bright lights at the beginning of the film lol. I watched it on TV but thought it wasn't as good the second time around.

I was lucky enough to see this at a preview in Screen 1 of Empire Leicester Square and had an absolute blast. I've seen it two subsequent times, including at the Edgar Wright marathon last weekend, and I have to say that it definitely works better with an audience. It has a real 'cult' feeling to it.

Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2011" club. I saw 20, interestingly enough. My more realistic target was to see more free films than TheyCallMeMrGlass. I lost.

Needed a second viewing only because Michael Cera is slightly annoying

I did really enjoy this film - the effects are great. Also love the emphasis of numbers to the extent that they coudl be called Easter Eggs! Obviously nonsensical, but fitting in the comic-book universe.
