I need to b*y some jelly Diane, my sister is following Scottish slimmers and has 2 jellies every night with chocolate or caramel on top. Like the grated chocolate idea but the temptation of having a whole bar in the house would be difficult, maybe i can get some wee tiny bars like the ones you used to get in rosesDiane65 wrote:I know I've been eating loads of weightwatchers jellys to satisfy my sweet tooth its only 11 calories a serving and if I'm having ice-cream or even low calorie coconut yoghurt I will grate 1 square of dark between 3 of us and I have the smallest serving - its amazing the amount you get from one square. So you have got your ready made heaven for about 30 calories for both chocolate and jelly.havingascreen wrote:I snacked on 2 jelly babies = 40 cals
one thorntons chocolate = 60 cals
once square of Tesco chocolate = 50 cals
shocking 150 cals with just those little pieces of heaven

Re: Weight Watchers
You can still get them http://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&rct=j& ... GnQzVo1NQg or a cheaper way of doing it is when you're really full b*y a large bar of dairy milk break it up into individual pieces and then put it in a tupperware container in the freezer and just take out a piece at a time - I know it may sound disgusting but when its a treat day I just love letting them melt in my mouth and you appreciate it more. These are the jellies that I b*y http://groceries.asda.com/asda-estore/p ... tartValue=havingascreen wrote:I need to b*y some jelly Diane, my sister is following Scottish slimmers and has 2 jellies every night with chocolate or caramel on top. Re: Weight Watchers
Noticed that after I wrote it, went to have a weightwatchers cheesecake on my arrival home after the cinema to find my nan already defrosting a toffee cheesecake, so ive had a slice of that, knowing cheesecake, will be around 500-600 kcal :oDoesn't look like enough calories Rawr, you need another 500 to keep yourself healthy![]()

It's weigh-in day today for me and Preston1990
Menu of the day:
Fruit and Fibre with a cup of black coffee (300 calories)
Chicken barmcake, an apple, a kiwi and a weight watchers fromage frais (400 calories as large barmcake)
Thai green curry a la havingascreen style but having it with wholegrain rice not noodles as I've obviously b*ght the wrong noodles as they have 275 calories per portion
Del monte pineapple ice lolly which counts as a portion of fruit (100 calories)
I will do my exercise DVD today - its easier to fit in a walk when I'm at the cinema as I can do it quite close to eating or after whereas with the DVD I can't do the ab work when I've just eaten and it makes me so wide awake if I do it late at night - I know that you're meant to wait 90 minutes after eating but its a case of fit it in when I can.
Have a happy and healthy day

Awww, Thanks you two!!
Anyways ........ some better news from me this week, after last week's near suicidal weigh in!
I am happy to say I've lost 6 pounds. OK it's probably too much and I know some purists may be confronted - but I'm just pleased that it's not another gain. To be honest I've stopped worrying about the "loose skin" thing now but thankfully I don't seem to have it anyhow.
Yesterday skipped out on all my exercises except for my bike ride and substituted this with a mammoth 2 hour grass cutting session. With lawns you get a small window of opportunity and must take it when it presents itself. My lawns are looking much smarter now, and I'm aching all over so it must be doing me good
If it stays dry today, and I get the world's most temperamental hedge cutter started, I'm going to be hedge cutting. It's not a job I enjoy, especially picking all the stuff up and bagging it before taking it to the tip, but it's long overdue and the garden always looks much better for it. So we'll see!
If I don't do that, I'll be trying to whip up enough enthusiasm for a 20 min session on the dual-action exercise machine and a 25 min session on the rower. I'll definately be doing my 5.75 mile "round the houses" bike ride and trying to improve my 35 min time.
Todays Food:
1) Porridge with semi skimmed. Black coffee (315 cals)
2) Gazpacho soup - I love it (and I b*ght so much, which now needs using up!
3+4) Mega chicken salad with loads of crunchy veggies. split over two eating sessions (circa 550 cals)
5) Earl Grey Tea with lemon slice and Toast with smoked mackerel pate (250 cals)
Good luck for your weigh in Diane
Be good everyone - have a happy and stress free day!!
