There are several bits of legislation you could use but I would suggest you cite the forthcoming Equality Bill that comes into force in October of this year (this will combine all the strands of equality and diversity legislations). The best phase to use is that as a non-drinker you are being treated unreasonably and that under equality legislation reasonable adjustments should be made and that you should not be treated less favourably than others.
