You didn't need to say that as I absolutely love them and I have no calories left but would really love one and I won't be running up any towers tomorrow :tears: ;)

Just had my Thai chicken curry thanks to the wonderful recipe from havingascreen and now I'm roasted aubergines, tomatoes, courgettes, onions, garlic and red peppers to have with couscous for my lunch tomorrow thanks to a suggestion from Preston1990 o/

Great weight loses Preston and and Diane. o/ Well done both of you.

I have not been very active as I am invigilating at exams all week which means sitting around bored for over 3 hours morning and again in the afternoon. Only half hour lunch break so no time then either for a walk. Having a sandwich lunch so more carbs than usual too so will see what happens when I weigh myself on Friday.

Ive had 2 more apples and my dinner of white fish, rustic oven chips, grilled mushrooms, peas with bbq sauce^^
Looks like there is a carvery food option at warwick castle tomorrow which no doubt my dad will want(I may opt for a smaller/healthier option if possible! since i had a carvery on sunday!)
I hope all the walking etc compensates for all the rubbish ive been eating^^

Determined Diane  its got a ring to it :P

work does get in the way at times Biggins but you'll have the weekend to make up for it and i'll bet you still lose weight at your weigh in.

Your menu yesterday sounded very healthy Rawr and we all need a treat day.

todays menu will be -

Muesli with lemon water with a spot of honey = 300 cals
tuna bean salad wholemeal pitta with a weight watchers yogurt = 400 cals
spaghetti bolo = 500 cals

cherries and a satsuma to snack on and maybe something from my graze box = 300 cals

Thanks for your encouragement guys o/

Hi All,

Many Thanks for all the Congrats!

Today's Food:

1) Banana (rushed)

2) Chicken Salad (again) Strawberries and fresh pineapple.

3) Gazpacho (again)

4) Cheese sandwich in seeded bun.

5) Cheese sandwich in seeded bun. 8O

Today's exercise.

1) 9 miles on my old cheap nail of a mountain bike. My mate was suggesting that we should do the Coast to Coast on bikes thing. Hmmm - Not sure! As Neil Armstrong would say - That's one Giant Leap :shifty:

2) 5.75 miles on my newly acquired (today in fact) 1980's vintage drop handlebar Raleigh racing bike. Knocked 5 mins off my "round the doors" route time, which I did in 30 mins dead (1 min for each year of the bikes age- 30 secs for each year of my age). - £35 well spent! o/

So, you are not like the invigilators we had back in my school days. They used to pace up and down between the rows of desks watching us all with eagle eyes. I could well imagine that some of them used to cover distances of several miles during each of our GCE O Level exams.

Good luck with your Friday weigh-in Biggins o/

That sounds like a great Starbucks deal Rawr - unfortunately my phone is from a different era to those smart/android things that most people have nowadays. I'm still trying to get my head around texting ;)

Liking your tuna bean salad wholemeal pitta idea, Havingascreen o/
