Here's my thing for today, yesterday was my treat day and there was nothing in the house, so me and the BF had a curry, did some walking in the day though :)
I attempted to run to asda and back on tuesday, and really struggled...it's nothing like it is on the treadmill :( I managed two short bursts before I gave up. But continued onto Asda anyway, b*ght my bf
supplies for his romantic meal i have planned next week and walked back.
But hey, atleast my ipod armband works.

Today Ive had two slices of hovis thick(at the bfs house as you can tell!) bread, with butter, rounded up to 300 calories. Made me realise how much I hate toast for breakfast....
I had a tiny bit of a braeburn apple(10??) whilst I was cutting it up for my guinea pigs before heading up Sutton for more shopping.
Got my bf 2 anti perspirants, then moved onto grabbing 2 bags of guinea food, then onto ALDI, for straight cut chips, peas and a huge bag of potatoes. And yes I walked back with the lot. o/
Had 2 Pink Crispin apples(100cal) when I got back in.
Ive had a WW chicken hotpot for lunch, and a WW chocolate brownie for dessert. 226cal(hotpot) 167cal(brownie)
And I think that a roast is a possibility tonight.
Have some fresh chicken breast fillets in the fridge, I b*ght some peas for myself today, and now theres plenty of potatoes, with some stuffing and gravy o/
Although Ill try to be careful with the potatoes and fill up most of my plate with peas and carrots!

And Ive got a bottle of diet lemonade with a hint of raspberry to drink as well as orange squash downstairs ^^

And whilst al that is cooking Ill be hopping on the treadmill for my usual 20min interval run^^

And my plan for tomorrow will be:
Get up, get on the treadmill, 20min interval run
Breakfast: Granola Yogurt with Strawberry Compote (181cal)
Snack: 2 apples
Lunch: Creamy Mushroom Rigatoni (267cal)
Dinner: Morrisons Sandwich(or maybe Subway since I have enough points for a free one)
Shadowhunters: Looking better in black than the widows of our enemies since 1234.
I am, after all, what you made me.

Hope you feel better very soon havingascreen and as Biggins has said its not good to run around naked with a cold but it could be the new alternative therapy (I don't think that it would count as complimentary medicine  ).
Hope you enjoyed your swim ClareBarr, hope you are not too tired Biggins, I agree with you rawr_xoxo toast does not fill you up for breakfast I always feel that I should have something with it. Thank you for your lovely compliment Preston1990 its much nicer than the one I got from my friend today - she said that I have lost my hamster cheeks does that mean I now look like a rat

I have just had the most scrumptious white chocolate and blueberry cake made with a vanilla sponge it was simply divine - I certainly did enjoy it jojojoanne o/

Today was a good day :) got up at 8am, went for a swim (did 30 lengths in half an hour. I beat my 20 lengths aim, woohoo!). Then LOTS of walking, looking around the shops! Dinner in a sec is salmon with green beans, cherry tomatoes & carrots. Yesterday I felt awful, today I feel fab. I make the most of these days when they happen!! If I still feel good 2mro: aiming to swim 20 lengths.

That's excellent ClareBarr.

Proof, if proof were needed, that we're all just one good exercise session away from a good mood!! Sounds like you are buzzing with it all now - all this exercise has got to be good for your health, fitness levels and calorie-burning regime. The pounds will be melting away at this rate and it sounds like you are really enjoying it too and setting goals for yourself. o/

Perfectly put - exercise does put you in a happy mood, not always at the time but afterwards you feel fab :D

I agree, there was a study done recently on depressed people where half were told to exercise and keep a diary on how they felt afterwards. The scientists said the results were that exercise makes no difference to your mood.

I beg to differ with those boffins.

Forgot my cold for a few hours and went out to eat with friends. Had spinach and goats cheese pastie with a side salad and diet iron bru followed by a latte. Had a skinny latte earlier too. My friend forced me to eat a few of her lamb meatballs from her tagine. Not sure how many calories but can't have been more than 800 surely :shifty:

I did stop myself from being tempted to.......go dancing naked in the rain, feel it washing over meeeee ohhhhohhhh.

My nose has been dripping as much as the rain so its a bath with eucalyptus oil, a honey and lemon tea then bed for hours and hours. :snooze:

Wishing everyone fat free dreams :smile_anim:

Havingascreen, are you sure you don't have hayfever? Pollen counts have been really high this week & I've had runny nose / sneezing with it.

Taking a 5 min break from reports typing. 60 down, 150 to go!!....Would normally have a cuppa & a chocolate bar...but am having water & "Carr's table water" crackers instead!! (not quite the same but still tasty).
