I'm back from holiday. I have left the sunshine behind, as it's clear that we don't enjoy a sunny day up here in the North East. I'm just going to put my winter fleece on and go and do a lot of ironing, in order to warm up a bit. :X

Nice to see you back andrews! Hope you had a lovely holiday. Yes, it is cold for August - hope it warms up again - as off to V next weekend, but it looks like rain! :tears:

Going to have to move about now as I am so cold my teeth are chattering, and the ironing won't get done if I sit here all day! Please could somebody invent an automatic iron?

I hate ironing. I tend to b*y stuff that doesn't need ironing, which I forgot when I b*ght a bunch of floaty shirts earlier this year. I spent an exciting Saturday night dealing with those. Made a better job of hubby's shirt which has no pleats / detailing. A lesson learned...

Well, that seems to have done the trick! The ironing's done, and the fleece is now no longer required. The British weather is so fickle. I have had to lower the blind because the sun is blinding me. It's gorgeous outside. :D

How bizarre I was doing the ironing (OH's shirts) today and thinking that I should post on here about how good M&S's cotton non-iron shirts are... I b*ght one for him as a trial and also some that don't need a little bit of care/ironing and they are both very good.

So he can forget Thomas Pink and b*y M&S non-iron from now on or he can do his own :X.
