Don't be shy, I would love to hear about it! I'm careful with my money, I know that with all my trips and holidays it may sound like I'm not but I don't drink or smoke, I take a pack lunch everyday, my cars 12 years old and wear a uniform hence don't spend much money on a day to day basis happy working long hours hence can have extra treats - on that note I'm off to see a private patient now (she phoned when I was on my walk and it gives me something to do) .

Welcome back Valda and good luck with the weigh in. I'm embarrassed to say that I still have my generous thighs and chest situation hence not gone down a dress size yet - well its a bit loose whereas it was snug before!!

My menu of today has so far consisted of
Rice Krispies multigrain and skimmed milk (around 200)
2 apples(around 100)
Skinless chicken breast with chips and peas(chips were 140, peas 100, chicken breast 250?)(est total of 490)
Ben n Jerrys phish food fro-yo, cause its so god dam hot! (around 240)
and another apple cause my mom wanted to get rid of it :S (around50)
SO thats
1090kcal already eaten
Not including dinner :/

Think im starting to see a pattern, im eating way too much around lunch time!
If I have my usual sandwich tonight itll be 243 on top
Day total of 1333
My body's BMR is 1100, so since my exercise has slowed to a crawl recently due to work, laziness and the like, I can see where im sort of going wrong :S
Main problem I have is eating when im bored!
Any suggestions on how to curb that? besides the obvious :P

I'll start by saying that I'm no expert - obvious really, otherwise I wouldn't be on here trying to lose 4.5 stone (though now "only" 2.5 stone). ;)

But I have this problem too, Rawr. What works for me (sometimes) is to actually go and get involved with something that doesnt involve me sitting slobbing around watching a screen (TV or computer etc). Try gardening, washing the car, windows, shower, bath etc. going for a walk i.e. get involved with something anything.

If you find the urge to eat overwhelming, do so, but make sure it's good healthy low calorie stuff. I reckon that eating loads of salady stuff fills you up but doesn't add too much to your calorie intake. Try chomping on raw carrot or cellery sticks for snacks, or have a massive bowl of crunchy salad instead of chocolate. OK no-ones going to pretend that they taste as nice, but it can just take the edge of your cravings until meal-time proper comes around. Also don't forget to drink loads and loads of calorie free water. Drink as much as you want. No correction, drink more than you want. That fools the body into thinking that it isn't really hungry because it has so much stuff sloshing around inside it. LOL.

At the end of the day it comes down to Eat Less Exercise More.

Let's hope we all manage it o/

Loving the new cage Rawr!.....and of course those cute pigs themselves! o/ Fudge and Cake must be delighted, especially with the multi-level arrangement. :D

Yes they must love it! Haven't stopped squeaking since we put them in! :giggle:
Yeah I sometimes force myself to walk up to asda and have a look round just to get out of the house, but if the weathers dodgy I wont bother, I know the garden needs doing so im planning on doing that monday to give me something to do.

Atleast for today ill be leaving at half 4, getting to town for 5, im going to the bank to deposit some cash, will have a nosey around primark, nosey arouns Muji(to see if the job ad has gone down yet), nosey around tesco, go to eat4less and get my lift a baguette as thanks in the morning, head to morrisons local, get my dinner, no doubt a prawn mayo sandwich or something with lower calories!
Then a 15 min walk to the top of braodstreet to see Killer Joe, then a 25 min walk back down broadstreet and to work.
Then however much walking at work tonight!
Fingers crossed they dont send me home again :cross:

Then plan for tomorrow is up in the air, since I working at 6.30 tomorrow too, will probably mean getting up around 11, having 'breakfast', playing diablo 3 with the bf, then heading to town to grab dinner and head to work :o
