I'll not mention that name, sh!superhero wrote:When I am going to read a bl**dy review without the word Whedon!
I went on Thursday night to a rather packed Cineworld Boldon, where three people in fancy dress were prancing about, pretending to be Ironman, the Black Widow and ? (didn't get a good look).
I absolutely loved this film - full of action, stunts, funny lines, and Robert Downey Jnr. What more could I possibly want?
10/10 from me, (and I'll be going to see it again soon

Re: Avengers Assemble
I totally agree. The Avengers would have been nowhere near as inventive and funny if Whedon had not been involved.TheOnes wrote:Not to poke the bear with some fish here but i think there's every reason tosuperhero wrote:lol, I am sure I've mentioned him many times too in other things. Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2012" club. I saw 32, which is rather delightful.. I beat Mr. Glass on free films but he narrowly inched me out on total films seen.
Member number 33 of the "100 free films in 2011" club. I saw 20, interestingly enough. My more realistic target was to see more free films than TheyCallMeMrGlass. I lost.

The first 'rotten' review on Rotten Tomatoes:
http://www.boxofficemagazine.com/review ... e-avengers
This poor girl is catching it in the comments.
Strangely, she gave it a 3/5 rating but it's still made it onto the site as "rotten".
