Wow I didn't know I could have a live webchat with my energy provider. Just changed to an online tariff through chatting to them which means I could print out the whole chat and have proof of what was said. Very nice.

How fab, are you doing your Christmas thread again? You were truly inspirational last year. :cross:

Biggins, I too love getting next years diary and marking out events but as I've only got my car MOT date to put in and a dental check up it's not too exciting.

I love being off on the run up to Christmas and don't mind working in between for a day or so, will have to get dates booked off.

It's a tariff you can only get by signing up online - but if you are a customer already they have to do it for you - they did it via webchat. It's ususally cheaper than a standard tariff.
