Good news, I have almost negotiated a deal, just about to sign the contract, but there is a few things to iron out.
I went to look at the space yesterday lunch time (hence missed the alert about the premiere!, but it was not meant to be anyway, so no probs!
) and I must say I am very impressed. We will have our own private bar, and if it is nice and warm, we can have the doors opened, there is lots of daylight, and as it is on the ground (well lower ground) it is will be great for wheel chair access. It is also a great location, a minute from the Millennium Bridge.
Once I have signed the contract, I will make an announcement and all will be revealed! Watch this space!

Really hoping I can make this, have said "yes" a while ago on here but my health has become so bad in the past few months that i often have to cancel plans as im in too much pain. If on the day I'm unable to go, will it be ok if I just post on here to say I can't go? Or do people have to p*y in advance for anything? Thanks x

Not sure re the p*ying as prettyxcool is organising the venue but I will pm you my mobile number and feel free to text me on the day but hopefully you may start to feel a little better with the good weather as I would love to meet you x

Thanks Diane & yes fingers crossed about feeling better in the hot weather!! Sorry to hear that ClareBarr, what a thing to have to live with. I really do feel for you. However, do not worry, I have negotiated with the venue, that we do not p*y anything up front, not even a deposit, and everyone pays what they order on the day! I have also negotiated a good discount on the drinks (unfortunately like all establishment no deals on soft drinks). They are changing their menu soon, which is a shame, as I do like their food, always really fresh and so more-ish.
The event is very informal, pop in if and when you can, it is not binding if you say you are coming, as it is understandable, things change, and we always allow for a certain no show, but obviously, nice if people do let us know if they cannot make it at the last minute (as we will not have to look out for them or wondering what has happened!). I always think it is courtesy anyway!
But I do hope you will feel good on the day and be able to make it!
