But maybe Chris will know more about alcohol branding than Stella? who knows...

Watched this late as I was out all evening. So glad for Stella as she was really the only one I really liked from the outset. Can't believe how composed Chris stayed throughout the interviews. Jamie was always one I felt could have holes in his CV as I felt his gift of the gab could quite easily hide things. I feel Jo let herself down by being so fixated about her lack of qualifications which shows a real chip on her shoulder. Stuart the less said the better - can't believe Sir Alan kept him in and let Liz go last week - it was so clearly the wrong decision.

Now routing for Stella all the way.

Yep it was the wrong decision to let Liz go - but in a way it benefited Stella as she was a strong contender.

Totally agree - they both had similar strengths such as being very focused, composed and methodical so it probably has helped Stella. The shame is I can't get rid of the feeling that Liz was a scapegoat as Stuart was an ideal candidate to be the joke of the interviews. Loved Margaret's reaction to him greeting her like a long last friend - she reminds me so much of an old sunday school teacher who was all about ettiquette and decorum - ever week we left in no uncertain terms as to what was right and proper and what was totally unacceptable.

Sorry, I just had to reiterate something said by Sir Alan:

"Stuart, you are full of shit."

Best quote of the series, ever.

Wow finally managed to caught up with the show during my lunch (on my desk!) missed the show last night :( stayed in the lab till 11pm.

what a show! been routing for stella from beginning and very happy that she's sailing thru. I think Karen sees a bit of herself in stella, she has been on stella's side every step of the way! Stella is the only person never really caught in a petty argument (especially among the girls!). and applaud her for saying this to Alan Sugar when she was questioned being too corporate, "I can't really excuse myself for doing my job well and that's what they p*y me to do!" She really handled all the gruelling question well not emotionally. May be seems a bit heartless/cold but she's very professional. GO STELLA!

Sad seeing Jo leaving but the interviews reveal that she never been in an actual job hunting interview, unprepared and crumble most of the time. Jamie is a likeable person but we're not in popularity contest. However, between him and Chris, I would say Jamie is more enthusiastic as Chris was a bit dull :D . He was lucky to be in the PM for a big winning but that most of it was all down to Liz but he did had polite approach to the inventor for getting BabyGLow (but against Stuart the Brag!, anybody else would sound more polite!). I love Jamie during the purchasing task. Though he didn't get most of the items, he led the group to victory with his advice to make sure to lower the price down to 70% and make their way up, so, they won. And the way he haggle was so much better than Chris, that keep creating one lie after the other (but he got the price he wanted! but not so ethical for me! that's why I'm not in business, i guess). But has to admit, during the interview, Jamie didn't handled the question as well as Chris! And stuart...... let's leave at that ;)

However, that's that.. Stella vs Chris, which I think is a bigger challenge for Stella since she's not the creative type and I think they have to do an advert (Chris would love this.... Martinator?Champagnator? :winktongue: ) added to that I saw Mel and Paloma in her group... wow if she come out triumph, Hired or not she'll make it anywhere! Go stella o/

ps: my fav won the X-factor, so, I hope my luck continues... hehehe :P

Chris is so dull. He should Market himself as a sleep-aid for babies as the monotonous sound of his droning voice would be perfect at sending them off to sleep.
I think Stella has shown that she is capable, professional and doesn't need to bitch about other people to get ahead. She's also listened to criticism and responded to it, such as trying to be less wooden and being game for anything. She wasn't phased by the interviews last night, but then she didn't have anything to cover up or defend.
I had a job interview today, but my interviewers were pussycats in comparison to Lord Sugar's mob!

First of all hope the job interview went well Cheekieweelassie :cross: you have some good news.

The Apprentice.

Thoroughly enjoyed seeing Stuart getting the boot and loved him on this morning when he was saying everything was blown up out of all proportion, but he did say Liz should not have got fired.

Loved seeing Margaret again too.

Think Stella will win, good on her if she does, she has had the harder slog to get there than Chris but suppose it depends on how the merry band - MINUS STUART - he was not in the group shots of the helpers -get on.

Remember that its not on next Wednesday, think it is on at the weekend.

still a bit gutted couldn't get the tix for final show (which the recording is going on NOW!). been to few You're Fired to miss You're Hired :(

Chris has been lucky too many times but he could excel on the final task with Liz in his team. watching the interviews, Littner raised a big issue about chris, loyalty, tenacity and craving recognition. He gave up on his Law Degree but he recovered by graduating 1st class but still doesn't covering up the fact he quitted the course after few months. And the history repeat itself, he quitted his job after 9 months to be in apprentice cause he wasn't recognised??? but kudos to him to make it this far. but who knows, lord Sugar might want someone he can mould????
