Thanks for your replies girls, I think she'll be OK with the scarey bit, she is very familiar with the story (she has been known to watch the film repeat on more than one occaision lol) so she'll be expecting a scarey bit, like when Matilda is in the house with the teacher in the film and when she goes back for the dolly.
I will probably book back of Grand Circle then, I was just worried they were going to be to far away for her to see properly.

Preferred Cinema's now Paignton or Exeter!

It is reasonably high up but I have seen, much, much worse in theaters. Another plus was that it wasn't restricted view (everything happened far enough onto the stage to be able to see it). Bring binoculars if you'd like to see it close-up and make sure to get a booster for the seat.raineylb wrote:Thanks for your replies girls, I think she'll be OK with the scarey bit, she is very familiar with the story (she has been known to watch the film repeat on more than one occaision lol) so she'll be expecting a scarey bit, like when Matilda is in the house with the teacher in the film and when she goes back for the dolly.

When you say 'bring binocolars' is she actually going to be able to make out eveything that's going on without them?canadian_turtle wrote:It is reasonably high up but I have seen, much, much worse in theaters. Yes, but you can see up close (facial expressions) with binoculars like you're sitting in the first couple of rows
